Emerging Leaders Program

Designed for incoming first-year and transfer Otters, the Emerging Leaders Program helps you explore leadership, build connections and develop skills you can carry with you throughout your time at Cal State Monterey Bay and beyond.

You’ll grow through guided activities, reflection and community-building experiences that support your confidence, initiative and leadership identity.

Leadership Development offers interactive workshops for classes, student organizations, athletic teams and campus groups. Sessions can be customized based on your group’s goals and focus areas.

Take the Stage

This workshop builds your confidence in public speaking with engaging activities that help you communicate clearly, share ideas comfortably and connect with your audience.
