The Health and Safety office provides University employees with guidance and support to promote and integrate health and safety into all University activities. You play a key role in our safety community; we can't do it alone! We hope and encourage employees to report safety issues they may observe across campus. A near miss is an unplanned event that did not result in injury, illness, or damage – but had the potential to do so. Reporting near miss incidents will help us improve upon existing work practices and ultimately result in safer work environments for our employees.
