AV Student Tech Assistant
Bring the show to life.
As a Student AV Tech, you’re the magic behind the scenes—setting the stage (literally) for everything from campus concerts to conferences. You’ll learn the ins and outs of live event production, get hands-on with pro-level equipment, and help keep the Otter Student Union running smoothly. Whether you're troubleshooting tech, assembling stages, or running lights and sound, you'll gain real-world experience and build skills that translate far beyond college. As a Graphic Design Assistant, you’ll help bring the Otter Student Union’s vision to life through bold, creative visuals. From event posters to digital signage, you’ll create graphics that get attention and communicate clearly. As an Office Student Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the Otter Student Union office. From answering phones and sorting mail to assisting with visitor questions and distributing Monterey Bay Aquarium passes, you’ll help ensure everything flows smoothly. This role is perfect for any major and an excellent entry point for those new to the workforce—no experience needed, just a willingness to learn!Building Manager

As a Building Manager, you’re a key player in ensuring the Otter Student Union is a safe, welcoming, and well-run space.
