Our Services
Employee and Labor Relations provides a range of services to all employees, focusing on developing and maintaining professional and respectful working relationships, as well as ensuring compliance with negotiated collective bargaining agreements.
These include:
- Bargaining unit contract administration
- Grievance and complaint processing
- Conflict resolution/interpersonal communication coaching
- Performance management
- Corrective action and discipline administration
- Management and staff performance evaluation coordination and training
- Labor relations (management/union relations)
- Monitoring and coordinating union release time
How to Report an Issue
