Your Housing Support Team
Have questions about living on campus? Our Housing and Residential Life main office is your primary point of contact and the most reliable way to get answers. Whether you need help with your housing assignment, mail and packages, billing questions, or information about residential life programs and events, our team is here to assist you. We’ll make sure your inquiry reaches the right staff member so you can get the support you need quickly and efficiently.

RA and CA On-Duty Support
Support in your residential community is available whenever you need it. Resident Advisors (RAs) and Community Advisors (CAs) are trained student leaders who help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive living environment at Cal State Monterey Bay. Whether you have a question, need assistance in your building, or are facing an urgent situation, an RA or CA is on duty and ready to respond. Use the information below to connect directly with the on-duty staff member in your area.
RA/CA On-Duty Support
Resident Advisors (RAs) and Community Advisors (CAs) provide support within your residential community outside of standard business hours.
- Weekdays: 5:45 p.m. to 9 a.m.
- Weekends and holidays: Available 24 hours a day
