- January 5, 2024 Payment deadline for Spring 2024 semester
- FAFSA/CADAA renewal opens
- SAP Workshops
- January 22, 2024 First day of instruction
- End of the first week of school financial aid disbursement begins
- Start of FAFSA/CADAA workshops at CSUMB
February
- February 5, 2024 Last day to add/drop
March
- March 30, 2024 scholarship application closes
April
- April 2, 2024 FAFSA/CADAA deadline closes
- Middle of April, Exit Counseling Workshops
- End of April, Estimated Financial Aid Notification
May
- May 1, 2024 Document deadline
- May 10, 2024 deadline for Exit Counseling Workshop
June
- Summer disbursement begins for students enrolled in the summer term
- Parent PLUS loan paper form becomes available
- Late June, Revision Request online and paper form become available
- Late June, Private Loan Self-Certifications available
July
- Parent PLUS loan request will begin processing
August
- End of August first day of the Fall 2024 Semester
- Deadline to submit High School Graduation confirmation to Cal Grant
- Financial Aid disbursement and refunds via Bank Mobile begin during the first week of the semester
- Teach Grant forms become available
September
- Beginning of September, add/drop deadline
October
- October 1, 2024 FAFSA/CADAA application opens
- October 1, 2024 CSUMB Scholarship Application opens for 25-26 aid year
- Middle of October, Exit Counseling Workshop

- December 1, 2024 deadline to submit documents for the Fall semester
- December 10, 2024 Exit Counseling Workshop deadline
