As campus teams are considering new avenues of outreach, the Finance eCommerce capabilities provide the campus with tools and personnel to aid in technology management.

Please allow for 2 weeks lead time for review and configuration.  Depending on the needs of the store, considerations should be made for marketing and time for sales.

Filling out the new store request form will begin the store creation process.

The eCommerce analyst will review the data from the form and verify accounting details.

The analyst will create a draft store for review.

Reporting access and training for the requesting department will be coordinated.

There are some basic fees involved.

Credit Card Processing fee:  This is a variable rate that averages out to about 2.65%.

Software Use fee:  Dependent of the software tool.

Campus Cost recovery fee:  A per transaction fee.  This is used to maintain equipment and pursue new solutions.

A ticket scanner can be rented with 2 week notice.

Event software can be used to collect a roster for a free event at no cost.
