Project Update: Entering Schematic Design Phase
Project Cost: $18 Million
Client: University Corporation
Design Team: LPA Design Studios

The steering committee for the Gavilan Hall Bldg 201 refurbishment project has successfully completed the feasibility phase. We are now moving into the schematic design phase. This marks a significant step forward in transforming the building into a modern dormitory space. The committee is working closely with architects and stakeholders to refine the design and ensure it aligns with both the university’s goals and the needs of future residents. An exciting feature of the design will be a community quad space, designed to encourage interaction and collaboration among residents. Stay tuned for further updates as the project progresses.
