Costs & Financial Aid

The Cal State Monterey Bay financial aid team is available for one-on-one counseling appointments during regular business hours. 

How to Make an Appointment 

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • The Financial Aid Office will be closed due to Orientation on 6/20, 6/23, 6/26, 6/27, and 6/30. If you need immediate assistance, please email financial aid at financialaid@csumb.edu and we will respond to your email within 48 hours. 
  • Attending orientation and need to meet with a Financial Aid Counselor? Please sign up for our one-on-one appointments here.  If all appointments are filled, please feel free to come to our drop in appointments during orientation from 8-9 and 11-5.
  • You may schedule a 15-minute appointment by scheduling below or emailing financialaid@csumb.edu
  • Extended Education students should email ee_financialaid@csumb.edu.
