Graduate School at CSUMB

Cal State Monterey Bay is home to nearly a dozen master’s degrees, graduate certificates and teacher credential programs.
As a graduate student at CSUMB, you’ll have a chance to immerse yourself in the Otter community through student organizations, faculty-mentored research, campus employment, recreational opportunities and a variety of university events. You’ll also have access to plenty of support, from academic resources to wellness offerings.

Graduate Housing and Dining
Become part of a close-knit residential community. Many graduate students live in the Frederick Park Apartments on our East Campus. You can also enjoy meals in a variety of CSUMB eateries, including the Dining Commons, Burger 831 and the Ramen Bar.

"We get the opportunity to work with people from all different backgrounds…. That’s the magic of the MIST program. It changed my entire mindset. Each class took me further and further out of my comfort zone…. and really dug deep and found out what my strengths and weaknesses are.
