Our interdisciplinary approach to education prepares students for a wide range of helping professions in public health, human services, law enforcement and nonprofit management.
With a focus on the study of human movement, our majors and minors prepare students for careers in athletic training, health promotion and rehabilitation. A kinesiology degree is also a great foundation for graduate degrees in physical and occupational therapy.
We prepare compassionate, competent nursing professionals through two distinct pathways: ADN-to-BSN and RN-to-BSN. Both programs are available in a convenient and flexible hybrid format.

Our graduate offerings include a master’s of social work. Available as a two- or three-year program, our MSW has a special focus on the needs of California’s central coast.
In addition to a social work master’s program, we offer a post-master’s Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPSC), also referred to as a school social work credential.
