Expanding opportunities for careers in today’s vibrant tech economy for students from all backgrounds throughout California.
No matter where you’re from in California or what your socioeconomic background may be, if you have the talent and drive to achieve a career in today’s evolving tech economy, nothing should stand in your way.
And with CSUMB’s Institute for the Computing Talent Initiative (CTI), nothing will.
Building Actionable Pathways for Upward Mobility
CTI strives every day to create and expand opportunities for students of all backgrounds from throughout the state of California to participate in the tech economy by developing their knowledge and skills in computing.
Our programming is designed for students who may just be getting started in computing, as well as for those who have already completed computer science courses.
“After joining CTI, students feel more comfortable and many of them report that their academic performances and sense of belonging in the field have improved.”
