Academic and Centralized Scheduling

Academic & Centralized Scheduling

Academic and Centralized Scheduling (ACS) works with colleges and departments to make sure classrooms are used wisely and course information stays accurate.

The ACS team manages:

  • The Academic Calendar
  • The Class Schedule each term
  • The Course Catalog
  • Databases that keep course and event details up to date

ACS works closely with department staff, chairs, college analysts, and deans to help build complete and correct course schedules. The team uses tools like Oasis and 25Live to schedule classes and course related events. They also manage class times, final assessment/exam schedule, and handle scheduling changes or special requests.
