Fall 2025 - Preliminary Retention and Graduation Dashboard Enhancements
The Fall 2025 IAR Insights highlights enhancements to CSUMB’s Preliminary Retention and Graduation (Non-Census) dashboard in the Campus Data Warehouse. It describes updated features such as daily retention tracking for current registration terms, new KPI trend and heat-map visualizations and tools for deeper analysis of students who are not retained or graduated, along with improved multi-dimensional filtering and usability designed to support data-informed decision-making around student success.

It explains how users can find dashboards through the Navigation and Help dashboard, stay updated via the Campus Data Warehouse Updates blog, and access support including self-guided guides, tutorial videos, open lab sessions and monthly Data User Advisory Group workshops to help with data discovery and use.
