IAR offers a range of self-guided user support resources to help data users independently learn how to access, understand and use institutional data. These resources include written help guides, documentation, and tutorial videos that walk users through reports, dashboards and common data questions at their own pace.

In addition, the CSUMB Data Glossary provides shared definitions, business rules, and context for data terms used across campus tools, helping ensure consistent interpretation.
