Please join with President Eduardo M. Ochoa for the fall installment of the 2019-2020 President's Speaker Series. In recognition of the campus' 25th Silver Jubilee Anniversary celebration, Jubilee Stories: Honoring the Past, gives us the opportunity to hear directly from founding administrators, faculty, staff and students as they share their memories about a moment in history that changed the face of education in our county.Featuring: Steve Reed, Founding VP, University Advancement Alethia DeSoto, Founding Director, Student Outreach and Recruitment Amalia Mesa Bains, Founding Faculty Chris Hasegawa, Founding Faculty Christine Sleeter, Founding Faculty Phil Esparza, Founding Staff Additionally, founding faculty member Frances Payne Adler will recite a poem written by her in honor of the 25th Anniversary. The event will take place at CSUMB's World Theater on December 3, 2019. The presentation will begin at 3:30 PM. A public reception will immediately follow the presentation.
