Wheelchair accessible seating is available at designated locations inside the theater. Please notify the box office of your needs, in advance, so we may reserve the proper space prior to your arrival. World Theater Box Office: M-F 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (831) 582-4580.
Assistive Listening Devices are complementary and available for guests who are hearing impaired. These devices are available to check-out from the Box Office and you will be required to leave valid identification while you have the device.
By law, service animals are permitted inside the theater. Emotional support and/or comfort animals are not classified as service animals and will not be permitted. If necessary to determine whether an animal is a service animal, World Theater staff may inquire whether an animal is a service animal required because of a disability and what work or task the service animal has been trained to perform. If a service animal is not housebroken or is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, the handler may be asked to remove the service animal from the performance and informed that they may return to the performance without the service animal. Please be advised that some performances may have loud and abrupt sounds and lighting changes to which service animals may be sensitive.
Alternative Viewing Area
If you need a space to view the show outside of the theater, for any reason during the show - normally, there is a viewing space available in the World Theater lobby.
