What are Scooters?
Electric scooter-share (aka 'Scooters') is a program on campus run by Lime. Electric scooters are available to unlock and ride across or off campus.
Lime is revolutionizing mobility in cities and campuses by empowering residents with a greener, more efficient, and affordable transportation option that also improves urban sustainability. By partnering with local key stakeholders and systematically deploying a fleet of smart-bikes and scooters that are enabled with GPS, wireless technology, and self-activating locks, Lime is changing urban mobility by making the first and last mile faster, cheaper, and healthier for riders. -LimeBike

Lime scooters are owned by Lime, not by individual residents, therefore there is no need for them to enter the building as they should be outside for public use. This policy also applies to charging Lime scooters. Residents are prohibited from bringing Lime scooters into any residential building to charge them. Individuals found in possession of such prohibited devices may be subject to conduct action.
