Tips for Success When Learning Online was developed to provide students resources and support as they keep learning.

Support for Students

The Center for Student Success is here to support all students throughout their virtual learning experience. To access technical, personal, or academic support check out the Center for Student Success support page. Examples of support include:

  • Technological needs: laptop loan, technology set-up, and WiFi connectivity.
  • Personal needs: assistance with locating resources, such as counseling. *NOT designed as an emergency response notification. If you are experiencing an emergency that requires immediate attention, call 911 or University Police at (831) 655-0268.
  • Academic needs: make an appointment with a Student Success Advisor (for tips on time management, note-taking, study strategies, goal setting and more).

Campus Health Center

Receive medical services, attend the Personal Growth & Counseling Center, and participate in other wellness programs.

Tanimura & Antle Family Memorial Library

Filled with private study rooms, lecture classrooms, library services, tutoring, & so much more!

Career Development

Participate in career counseling, employer services, and search for Otter Jobs.

CSUMB Bookstore

Purchase textbooks, school supplies, CSUMB merchandise, and graduation regalia.

On-Campus Dining

Otter Sports Center
