Fall 2014

August 1 - Last day to pay registration tuition and fees, or have a financial aid extension of payment in place, or have a third party authorization form covering registration tuition and fees on file with Student Accounting, otherwise your enrollment will be cancelled for non-payment.

August 2 - Initial Enrollment Period Ends. Fall 2014 enrollment will be unavailable until August 18.

August 3 - Starting today, payment or a financial aid extension of payment or a third party authorization form covering registration tuition and fees on file with Student Accounting is required prior to registration. This includes students whose enrollment was cancelled.

August 18 - Open Enrollment Period begins. Students may resume making any necessary schedule adjustments.

August 22 - Last day to officially cancel registration and drop all courses online to receive full refund of mandatory fees. Last day to register without a $25.00 late registration fee.

August 22 - Last day to request a Leave of Absence for the Fall 2014 term.

August 25 - Fall 2014 courses begin.

August 25 - Students are no longer able to drop all courses online and must contact the Office of the Registrar in order to withdraw from the university.

August 25-September 8 - Add/drop period. Students can add courses online through the first five business days of the term and drop courses online throughout the add/drop period. To process a Schedule Adjustment form (add/drop form) in-person, please visit the Campus Service Center.

September 2 - Students must ADD classes at the Campus Service Center with an approved Schedule Adjustment form. Students can continue to drop courses online.

September 8 - Last day to ADD/DROP courses without a petition and a "W" (withdraw) grade for the Fall 2014 semester. Last day to request a CR/NC grading option. Last day to drop from full-time to part-time status and receive a full refund of the state fee difference (non-resident students also receive full refund of tuition).

September 9 - First day to withdraw from courses for serious and compelling reason ("W" grade assigned). Students must submit supporting documentation.

September 22 - Enrollment census date.

October 13 - Spring 2015 advising begins.

October 27 - Winter 2015 registration begins.

October 28 - Last day to officially withdraw from all courses ("W" grade assigned) and receive pro-rated refund of mandatory fees.

November 3 - Spring 2015 registration begins for continuing students.

November 20 - Last day to withdraw from a course for serious and compelling reason ("W" grade assigned). Students must submit supporting documentation.

December 19 - Incomplete grades for Fall 2013 due.

January 2 - End of Fall 2014 semester for faculty. Grades due.
