Supervisor Development Program

Interested in enhancing your supervisory skills? Whether you are a current or aspiring supervisor or manager, the Supervisor Development Program provides you with the professional development knowledge to be an effective supervisor and increase your career advancement opportunities.

Program requirements

The Supervisor Development Program curriculum consists of six core components. Participants must complete all six core component classes to earn a Certificate of Completion.

The Program takes approximately 42 in-class hours to complete core courses, with modest additional time for pre-work* (DiSC Assessment, assignments, reading articles, etc.).

*Required Pre-work: DiSC Assessment is taken prior to the first class: Role of the Supervisor. Any additional pre-class work assignments are to be completed prior the specific class.

Students may complete the courses individually for personal enrichment without pursuing the certificate. A Certificate of Completion will be issued when all 6 classes are completed.
