The Supervisor Development Program curriculum consists of six core components. Participants must complete all six core component classes to earn a Certificate of Completion.
The Program takes approximately 42 in-class hours to complete core courses, with modest additional time for pre-work* (DiSC Assessment, assignments, reading articles, etc.).
*Required Pre-work: DiSC Assessment is taken prior to the first class: Role of the Supervisor. Any additional pre-class work assignments are to be completed prior the specific class.
Students may complete the courses individually for personal enrichment without pursuing the certificate. A Certificate of Completion will be issued when all 6 classes are completed.View course descriptions
