All absences and additional time worked are reported online. The guides below are intended for employees to self-report or view time and absence data.
If a department has a centralized timekeeper, each employee must complete the paper Absence and Additional Time Worked Report (STD 634). The form must be signed by the employee and the manager and retained in the department for no less that four (4) years.
