The official report by the National Commission on Certification of PAs (NCCPA) for the CSUMB graduates from the Classes of 2021, 2022, and 2023 shows that the graduates achieved a 97% First-Time Taker PANCE pass rate in the first two years (higher than the average National Exam Pass Rate of 93% and 92% respectively. The First-Time Taker PANCE pass rate for the Class of 2023 was the same as the average National Exam Pass Rate for that year.

These scores demonstrate that we met one of our success indicators of producing graduating classes of highly competent PAs, surpassing the national average in the first two years, and performing at the national average in the third year. Additionally, 100% of our graduates ultimately passed the PANCE.
