OASIS Employee Access

Collecting and efficiently maintaining accurate student records and data is essential. It’s equally critical that access to the data is both streamlined and secure.

This is where the OASIS system comes in.

To access OASIS, all CSUMB employees (except faculty) and non-CSUMB employees must complete the Data Security and FERPA course in the SumTotal training system.

Once the training is completed, you must submit a Data Access Request (DAR) Form. Please find the DAR form in one of the Access links below pertaining to your position.

OASIS is the primary system of student records and data. CSUMB and Corporation employees may need access to this system to support students. The process of receiving access to OASIS data depends on your role at CSUMB.
