This is your opportunity to experience MIIS graduate programs firsthand. The day will feature an opening session, campus tours, breakout sessions based on your program, and a final reception featuring MIIS research centers and initiatives.
Additionally, MIIS will be showcasing two faculty members who will deliver hour-long master classes on relevant topics:
- Water shortages in the USA and dozens of other countries have highlighted our tenuous relationship with the world’s most important resource. Dr. Jeff Langholz provides a compelling vision for the future of water, with inspiring examples of former Institute students bringing that vision into reality.
- Explore new ideas, initiatives, and challenges in the intersection of language learning, technology, entrepreneurship, and activism. Dr. Gabriel Guillen, Spanish professor and expert in the field of language learning and technology, will discuss instrumental and noninstrumental reasons for language learning and language entrepreneurship in the digital wild.
Did you know that all CSUMB students who have studied abroad through CSUIP are guaranteed a scholarship to MIIS?
