The interdisciplinary nature of our programs ensures that you will get the foundations of your field while receiving the skills to be flexible as challenges arise in your career.
Even though CSUMB is a small campus, our size allows us to provide for our students in ways that larger schools can’t. Most classes average around 23 students and are taught by professors, not teaching assistants. This means you’ll receive close support from your professor as you work through what you learn in the classroom. Degree-seeking international students, both undergraduate and graduate, integrate with CSUMB students in all classes and may live on campus with domestic students.
