Online payments & service requests

To make a payment visit the Alliance Rent Cafe webpage. Through this program you can conveniently make a one time payment or set up a recurring payment online through your checking account or using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Both payment options will charge a convenience fee for the service at the time the payment is made. Guest parking

All cars parked in East Campus must display the proper permit from 3am - 6am. If you have a guest visit you in East Campus you can print out a permit for them by filling out this form and then you will receive the permit in your email to print out.

If you are having an overnight guest you must:

  • Have signed a license agreement with Alliance Residential Company.
  • Register your guest with Student Housing & Residential Life
  • Print a parking permit for your guest to display in their vehicle if they are parking in East Campus.
  • Permits are only valid for a 24 hour period. If your guest will be staying longer, they will need a new permit for each day.

Pet registration

If you are interested in having an animal live with you during your stay in East Campus, please log in to MyHousing and complete the East Campus Animal Application. Only dogs and cats are allowed as pets in East Campus. Residents will also need to gain written approval from all roommates to complete the application. Download the roommate agreement form below. Including the licensee(s) who are present, an assembly of 10 or more total people in any Residence Hall room, North Quad suite, North Quad apartment, East Campus apartment, or common area constitutes a ‘gathering.’ Gatherings are ONLY allowed within East Campus housing. Any time there is a gathering, the community director of that area must give prior approval at least 48 hours in advance.

Community center reservations

If you would like to reserve the Saratoga Community Center or the Antietam Community Center you will need to submit a reservation by filling out this form and then you will be notified if approved. If you have any questions regarding reservations, please email

Yorktown Garden

The Yorktown Garden is open to all who live in east campus. If you decide that you would like to use a plot in the garden, please contact your RA via email. Your RA has a list of open plots and can let you know what availability there is. At this point please fill out the below application and bring (or email it) to your RA. There is a time limit on each plot so that others are able to utilize it as well. Please enjoy this space responsibly and have fun.
