All faculty and staff who have been requested to work remotely should continue to work remotely through at least Aug 16, 2020. Employees who were notified they are essential on-campus staff (need to come to campus for work) should continue to report to work on campus, observing social distancing techniques, heightened personal hygiene procedures, and are encouraged to use simple cloth face coverings. Campus will continue to operate on a limited basis, and most university buildings will be closed. All emergency personnel will remain in place to maintain a safe campus community.
Do not come to work if you are sick or symptomatic.
Seek medical attention if symptoms worsen.
All CSUMB employees should email their manager with information if they have a confirmed case of COVID-19. State employees should copy University Personnel or Corporation employees should copy Corporate Human Resources when sending this notice to their manager.

Based on Governor Newsom's proclamation on March 15, 2020, and consistent with Chancellor White's direction, any CSUMB employee who is 65 years or older or has compromised health conditions should not come to work on campus.
