Scholarships
Developing a successful scholarship program allows the Association to assist its members in making valuable contributions to the campus, the region, and the nation. In 2009 the Fort Ord Alumni Association Awarded its 100th Scholarship, and continues to award scholarships each year.
Scholarships are presented on the basis of academic achievement, leadership and community service. Applications are reviewed by the FOAA Scholarship Committee each Fall. For more information on the Fort Ord Alumni Association Scholarship Application please contact the Financial Aid Office.

Join us for the 19th Annual Ford Ord Alumni Association Scholarship Awards Ceremony. Ceremony includes remarks from CSU Monterey Bay President Dr. Ochoa as well as the presentation of 2015 scholarship awards.

Scholarship donations
Scholarships are awarded in the amount of $1,000 each Fall. The number of scholarships awarded is based on the amount of donations for that year.
Any donation to the Fort Ord Alumni Association goes directly to the scholarship fund. Donations in increments of $1,000 can be designated as a named scholarship.
