NGU is located within two major campuses in the two cities Nuertingen and Geislingen near Stuttgart in southwest Germany. The beautiful countryside offers a wide range of recreational activities: mountain-biking, free climbing, hiking and winter sports.

**HfWU Nuertingen-Geislingen University requires all Non-EU Nationals to purchase statutory health insurance administered by AOK, a German health insurance company (approx. 89 €/month). Statutory health insurance (AOK) in Germany does not cover repatriation. It is necessary to sign up for a travel insurance covering repatriation costs for the whole period of your stay.
