I am a dedicated student affairs professional who aims to infuse social justice practices in my work and life. I am active on campus through my role but also with the Office of Inclusive Excellence by facilitating sessions for faculty and staff. I serve as a resource for students, staff, and faculty for social justice and equity work. I support paraprofessionals in their role while simultaneously provide development and mentorship. I'm active in developing workshops for faculty, staff, and students rooted in adult learning theory and student development theory. During my day to day interactions with people, my goal is to provide students with a brave place to process, ask questions, learn and educate.
