Facilities Purpose

UCorp employees and buildings with all the needs of any other facility and help student housing, dining, and CSUMB facilities. 

  • The University Corporation at Monterey Bay provides building security, repair, design, and maintenance to ensure Corporation facilities meet the needs of the organization and the employees we serve. The Corporation Facilities Team directly supports Housing, Dining, Ryan Ranch, Salinas City Center, Child Development Center, the Otter Student Union, and CSUMB's Facilities Management Department (FMD).
