University fonts

Visual example of Adobe Garamond Pro font

Trade Gothic LT is the university font for all general design applications. This font is to be used in design projects on campus meant for a general audience. Graphic design and layout projects for print production should use this font. Some examples of applications include student recruitment materials, advertisements, business cards, and stationery.

Boton is the font for all Otter Athletics online and print publications.

General applications

Arial is to be used for general applications created using Microsoft Office or G-Suite, such as papers, slides and graphs.

Adobe Garamond Pro is the font the university uses for formal and presidential publications only, including awards. Before using the formal font, please verify with University Communications that it is appropriate for the application.
