The office of Conference and Event Services can assist you in planning your next event, meeting or conference. We offer assistance with catering, audio-visual needs, parking accommodations and many other service requirements.
Thank you for your interest in holding your summer conference at CSUMB. To inquire about availability, please fill out our inquiry form. Inquiries must be received no less than 4 weeks prior to the requested date.
Each group wishing to host their conference at CSUMB will need to provide the following information:
A signed Facilities Use Agreement (FUA) must be on file prior to each event. Events are not confirmed until the signed agreement is received.
A Certificate of Insurance naming CSUMB as additional insured on both Public and General Liability and Property Damage coverage in the amount of $1,000,000.00 combined single limit each occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate, will need to be supplied to the Conference and Events office prior to event.
If you do not have an insurance provider, you can apply for a certificate with the CSU Insurance provider. Contact Conference and Events for more information.
A deposit is due with the signed agreement in order to guarantee your reserved space. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event. Due dates may vary depending on the time of your event. Please contact Conference and Events for more information.
