Chinatown Garden

The Chinatown Community Garden in Salinas is a project of the Service Learning Institute. It provides a free public green space to a low-income neighborhood, increases food production and builds community. The AmeriCorps garden steward Javier Rodriguez maintains the garden and coordinates volunteers and service opportunities.

More photos of the garden are posted in CSUMB's Flickr gallery.
