What is my username and password?

Username: Your username is your OtterID, which is (usually) the first four letters of your last name followed by four digits.  Instructions on how to find your OtterID can be found on the IT site.

Password: Your default password will be your 8 digit birthdate in the format "MMDDYYYY".  A birthdate of March 12, 1969 would be 03121969.

For security reasons, please change your password after you first login by selecting "Personal Information" and then "Change Password"
