Nondiscrimination PolicyRace, Color, National Origin, and DisabilityThe California State University complies with the requirements
of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended by the
Americans with Disabilities Act and the regulations adopted thereunder.
No person shall, on the basis of race, color, national origin,
or disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the
benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination in any
program of the California State University. The California State
University does not discriminate on the basis of disability in
admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs
and activities. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973,
as amended, and the regulations adopted thereunder and the Americans
with Disabilities Act prohibit such discrimination. The Director
of Student Disability Resources has been designated to coordinate
the efforts of CSUMB to comply with these Acts and their implementing

of sex in the educational programs or activities it conducts. Title
IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended, and the administrative
